Customer satisfaction is the aim

Alphi's Quality initiative involves formalising the motivations that have always driven us.

From the Design Office to the Production Department and Customer Service, 130 people are mobilised to make your construction projects succeed.

The Design Office produces the rotation, phasing, and layout drawings in observance of the customer's methods and time constraints.
The logistics team is involved in all aspects of scheduling, delivery, and equipment returns.
Manufacture, production tracking and quality monitoring are carried out by qualified personnel who are dedicated to those tasks.
Alphi offers training for formwork installers, accompanied by time and target tracking procedures.

High-performance logistics centres

Alphi has two logistics centres: one in Saint-Genix-sur-Guiers, between the Savoy and Isère Departments (34,000 m²) and one in Coignières in the Yvelines Department (27,000 m²), at the heart of the Greater Paris region.

They both have an equipment depot, offices and an outdoor storage area; facilities and systems for improved management of equipment and easy turnaround, for our customers, who benefit from greater responsiveness and fast delivery.

A weighing control process throughout the equipment despatch and delivery chain, managed by PDA, satisfies the requirements of our quality system.

AlphiCad 2022: facilitated site management

Created by the Alphi design office in collaboration with AriCa, the AlphiCad 2022 program provides:

automatic layout of cells,
significant time savings,
management of phasing and rotations,
equipment counting following these phasings and rotations,
optimisation of the equipment according to phase.
